Complete this entry form to participate in the 30th Annual Exhibit of The National Arts Program for Greater Hartford and Middlesex County residents.​ There is no fee to enter the program. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic this exhibit will be fully virtual. Please see details below with instructions on how to upload a photograph image of your art submission.


  • Participants must be current residents of Greater Hartford or Middlesex County or an employee or family member of CRT.
  • Only 2 entries per artist will be admitted. 
  • All entries submitted must be the original work of the applicant completed within the last three years.
  • The National Arts Program and CRT reserve the right to disqualify entries they consider to be unacceptable or inappropriate for a public exhibit.

Your registration is not complete until you have successfully uploaded one art image file per entry. After you complete this form and click the ‘submit registration’ button, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. In that email message there will be a link to a webpage where you will upload your art image file. On that webpage there are also tips and tricks on how to take the best photograph of your art in order to meet the set standards for acceptable art image files. Your registration is complete when you have received an email from us confirming that your art image file was accepted.
