Honing a Hobby; Amateur Photographer Gains Growing Acclaim
Charlene Rieger-Velli has practiced photography as a personal hobby nearly her entire life. Her friends and family eventually coaxed her into deepening her participation and sharing her work – entering contests and exhibiting at events.

Union County Announces 10th Anniversary Winners
Union County, NJ is pleased to share the winners of their 10th Annual NAP Exhibition. This year's exhibit features 130 pieces of artwork by 79 participants and is on display at the Elizabethtown Gas Compnay through the end of the month. About the Union County, NJ NAP Exhibit
The Union County NAP Exhibit is held in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include Union County employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
