About the State of Delaware, DE NAP Exhibit
The State of Delaware NAP Exhibit is held in Wilmington, Delaware. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include Delaware State Agency employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
