2nd Annual Exhibit

The City of Springfield NAP Exhibit is held in Springfield, Missouri. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include City of Sprinfield employees, retirees, volunteers and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
