The VIA Metropolitan Transit NAP Exhibit is held in San Antonio, TX. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include VIA Metropolitan Transit employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
