The City of Memphis NAP Exhibit is held in Memphis, Tennennesse. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include City of Memphis employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
