The Grand Forks Air Froce Base NAP Exhibit is held in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include active / retired military members and their immediate family members and Grand Forks Air Force Base employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
