The City of Cleveland NAP Exhibit is held in Cleveland, Ohio. Artists invited to participate in this exhibition include City of Cleveland resdients, employees and their immediate family members. The National Arts Program® is pleased to provide materials and funding for this visual art exhibit including certificates for all participants and $2,400 in cash prizes.
