"The online registration and excel spreadsheet worked well for us; We were able to use the spreadsheet for labels, for emailing participants, and to double check any information we needed while hanging the show. I especially appreciated that the online registration asked whether people were willing to volunteer because we were able to assemble a great crew to help hang the show on fairly short notice..
