Jackson, MS Adds Additional Best of Show Awards to 6th Annual NAP Show
After taking a break in 2008, Jackson, MS has come back strong in 2010. The Sixth Annual NAP Exhibition has more than 80 entries, most of which were first time participants in the program.
Coordinator Pamela D.C. Junior commented that “this year has been fabulous!”
This year, Pamela decided to add a “Best of Show” award in each classification (ie: Adult Amateur, Indermediate, Professional, etc), adding five additional awards for participants to have the opportunity to win. Pamela used the NAP’s Non-Matching Scholarship element to provide all the Best in Show winners with cash prizes ranging from $300 for Professional Best in Show to $50 for Youth 12 & Under Best in Show. This is a great way to recognize participants in each of the five NAP classifications.
