Charlotte / Mecklenburg County, NC Increases Participation
Coordinator Mindy Levine did a tremendous job organizing the large amount of artwork on display at the 12th Annual NAP Exhibition in Charlotte / Mecklenburg County, NC. The exhibition featured 260 pieces of art from more than 25 different departments ranging from Parks & Recreation to the City Attorney’s Office. This is a 40% increase from their previous show held in 2011!
Many of the participating artists and their families were on hand to celebrate at the award reception held on January 26th. Each artist was presented with an ID label to wear during the reception. It’s these small details that help each artist feel like they are part of a larger community and provides them with well-deserved recognition for participating in the exhibit.
The NAP would like to congratulate all of the artists who participated and look forward to an even bigger show in 2013!
