Artwork By Whitefield Third Grader On Display At Hartsfield

Congratulations to third grader Logan Robinson whose artwork, My Leaf Animal, is on display at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport from July 18 to September 10. The artwork was completed as a classroom project at school.

My Leaf Animal is on display as part of an annual art show by Hartsfield employees and their children. His mother, April Bevins, works for the Department of Aviation. Three hundred pieces were chosen for display out of many more submitted.  The exhibit was sponsored by the airport's art department in conjunction with the National Arts Program Foundation It is located in the Atrium Gallery on the South Terminal side of Concourse T.

“I would like to thank the Whitefield teachers and Natalia Hicks for their dedication throughout the year in engaging Logan in such a great art program,” said Ms. Bivens. “Our art department was so excited about his submission We are so happy that he is part of the Whitefield community. “

In addition to having his work displayed, Logan received a $25 cash prize.
